Mr. Paulison takes the new title of Administrator of FEMA. FEMA will consist (on March 31, 2007) of The United States Fire Administration (USFA), The Office of Grants and Training (Gamp;T), The Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Division (CSEP), The Radiological Emergency Preparedness Program (REPP) and the Office of National Capital Region Coordination (NCRC) as mandated by the Post-Katrina Emergency Management Act.
